the reason they specifically ask for a picture of the entire card is there are other numbers on the card they can cross reference within their database to verify legitimacy. given its the holiday season and support requests are statistically much higher than normal it may take a few days before they reach your spot in line.
It happens, Steam has an system for when this happens (sometimes you may accidently scratch off a number, sometimes their is an issue with the printing where the numbers do not get printed fully)Ĭlick on that link and fill it out, then you just have to wait.
